Customers are assisnged a Sansio Business Analyst to lead the implementation project team and provide supplemental training and consulting as needed. Business Analysts also serve as a technical point of contact to help customers maximize their investment and apply the solution to support their operational goals and objectives.

Sansio’s Solution Center is an integrated delivery of web-based self help tools with supplemental live assistance from Solution Center Specialists.
